I will say that I like beingness able to access my financials online without having to host the information myself. The basic accounting functionality works most of the time allowing me to process checks, deposits, journal entries, and payroll. Their tech support people are nice enough, but if y'all have any complicated problems, skillful luck. Their software is buggy and the project manager/programmers don't seem overly concerned about sending out code that hasn't been fully tested.
I like that I can use the bones features such as cut AP checks, processing payroll, entering deposits, and posting GL entries. Posting those things are pretty straight forward.
There are often bugs that make it into the live software that take a long fourth dimension to get stock-still, they presume the customer is wrong and information technology takes a lot to evidence to them that there software is buggy, they don't desire to program for multiple browsers causing bugs that are browser-specific, and they accept to release emergency patches to fix buggy software issues.
